INSPECT 2 WATCH — Inspection camera preview from phone to Wear OS
INSPECT 2 WATCH is planned as a camera-preview companion between an Android phone and a compatible Wear OS smartwatch. The phone receives the camera image and can send its preview to the watch.
COMING SOON — this app is not available to download yet.
Planned functionality
- Preview supported USB UVC inspection cameras connected to a phone
- Use a compatible Wi-Fi camera that provides an MJPEG stream
- Use the Android phone camera as a video source
- View a live preview on the phone and compatible Wear OS watch
- Control supported recording sessions from the paired devices
Device compatibility
USB camera support requires UVC compatibility and an OTG-capable phone or adapter. Wi-Fi cameras must provide a supported video stream. This is not a claim that every camera works.
